本ポリシーは、iOS アプリ「釉式（Yushiki）」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人データおよびその他の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 基本方針: 端末内保存が原則

本アプリで作成・記録するデータ（釉薬レシピ、原料情報、焼成ログ、写真、計算結果など）は、既定ではお客様の端末内に保存されます。本アプリはアカウント登録やログインを必要とせず、当社はお客様の個人アカウントを作成・管理しません。Pro購読者がiCloud同期を明示的にONにした場合、このアプリデータはAppleのCloudKitを通じて、そのお客様のiCloud private databaseにも保存されます。同期データがOpenAIへ送られることはありません。

2. AI見立て（Pro）機能で送信される情報

Pro購読者が任意で「AI見立て」機能を実行したときに限り、その1回の実行につき、以下の情報が当社の自前Cloudflare Workerへ送信されます。このうちOpenAIへ転送されるのはレシピ由来のテキストと任意の写真だけです。

送信される内容:

レシピ由来のテキスト: 対象の釉薬について構造化されたテキスト（釉式／セーゲル式、酸化物の各値、SiO₂/Al₂O₃比、Stull領域、着色剤の情報、焼成ノートなど）。会話文そのものではなく、計算・記録された数値と項目を構造化したものです。
写真（最大1枚）: 焼成結果の写真を添付して実行した場合に限り、直近の写真1枚（JPEG形式）が送信されます。写真を添付しない場合、写真は送信されません。
StoreKit署名付き取引情報: Pro購読が現在有効か確認するため、Appleが署名した取引JWSを当社の購読検証Workerへ送信します。WorkerはAppleの署名を検証し、App Store Server APIで現在の購読状態を照合します。この取引情報はOpenAIへ転送しません。
接続元IPに由来するレート制限キー: HTTPS接続でWorkerが受け取る接続元IPは、検証前の不正利用防止のため即時に秘密鍵付きHMACへ変換します。raw IPはログ・保存せず、HMACで分離した保存領域にはトークン数と更新時刻だけを保持します。この状態は最終利用から最大24時間で削除し、OpenAIへ転送しません。

送信の目的:

AI見立ての生成: 送信内容に基づき、釉薬の性状に関する見立てテキストを生成して端末に返すため。
購読確認と月間利用上限の管理: 有効なPro購読だけに機能を提供し、originalTransactionIdをWorker内で一方向HMAC化したキーにより当月の利用回数を数えるため。raw JWSおよびtransaction IDはログやクォータ保存領域へ永続化しません。

上記以外の情報（レシピ全体のデータベース、焼成ログの全履歴など）は、AI見立ての送信対象には含まれません。

3. 第三者による解析・トラッキングを行いません

本アプリは、第三者の解析（アナリティクス）SDK やトラッキング用 SDK を一切組み込んでいません。広告識別子（IDFA）の取得や App Tracking Transparency に基づくトラッキングは行わず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだクロスアプリのトラッキングも一切行いません。

4. 委託先（下請け処理者）へのデータの提供

AI見立て機能を実行した場合、上記「2.」の情報は、機能提供のためCloudflare上の当社Workerで処理されます。レシピ由来のテキストと任意の写真はAI事業者であるOpenAIへ転送されます。StoreKit署名付き取引情報は購読確認のためAppleへ照会し、OpenAIへは転送しません。各委託先はそれぞれの規約・プライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。当社が保有するAPI keyはWorker側でのみ管理し、お客様の端末には保存されません。

5. 購入処理（StoreKit / Apple）

Pro購読の購入・復元・更新は、AppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。決済およびサブスクリプションの管理はAppleが行い、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を当社が受け取ることはありません。AI見立ての実行時に限り、署名付き取引情報を当社Workerで検証し、AppleのApp Store Server APIへ現在の購読状態を問い合わせます。購入に関する情報の取り扱いについては、Appleのプライバシーポリシーも併せてご確認ください。

6. データの保存期間と削除

端末内のデータは、お客様が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで端末から削除されます。iCloud同期中にアプリ内で削除したレコードは同期対象の削除となりますが、同期をOFFにすることやアンインストールだけではiCloud上のデータが直ちに削除されない場合があります。AI見立てに使うraw JWS、transaction ID、raw接続元IPは当社Workerのログやクォータ保存領域へ保持しません。接続元IPをHMAC化した短時間レート制限状態は最終利用から最大24時間で削除します。originalTransactionIdからHMAC化した購読主体別の月間件数は、対象月の終了から最大24時間で保存領域から削除します。レシピ由来テキストと写真の保持は上記委託先の取り扱いに従います。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特に子どもを対象としたものではなく、当社が意図して子どもの個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新等により周知します。改定日は本ページ冒頭に記載します。

This policy explains how personal data and other information are handled in the iOS app “Yushiki” (the “App”).

1. Core Principle: On-Device Storage by Default

The data you create and record in the App (glaze recipes, material information, firing logs, photos, calculation results, and so on) is stored on your device by default. The App does not require account registration or login, and we do not create or manage any personal account for you. If a Pro subscriber explicitly enables iCloud Sync, this app data is also stored in that customer’s private iCloud database through Apple CloudKit. Sync data is not sent to OpenAI.

2. Information Sent by the AI Insight (Pro) Feature

Only when a Pro subscriber voluntarily runs the “AI Insight” feature is the following information sent, for that single run, to our self-hosted Cloudflare Workers. Only the recipe-derived text and optional photo are forwarded to OpenAI.

What is sent:

Recipe-derived text: Structured text about the target glaze (the Seger formula, individual oxide values, the SiO₂/Al₂O₃ ratio, the Stull zone, colorant information, firing notes, and similar). This is a structured representation of computed and recorded values and fields, not free-form conversation.
A photo (at most one): Only if you attach a firing-result photo when running the feature, a single most recent photo (in JPEG format) is sent. If you do not attach a photo, no photo is sent.
StoreKit-signed transaction information: To confirm that the Pro subscription is currently active, the App sends the Apple-signed transaction JWS to our subscription-verification Worker. The Worker verifies Apple’s signature and checks the current subscription status with the App Store Server API. This transaction information is not forwarded to OpenAI.
A rate-limit key derived from the connection IP address: The source IP received by the Worker as part of the HTTPS connection is immediately transformed with a keyed HMAC for pre-verification abuse prevention. The raw IP is neither logged nor stored; the separated HMAC-keyed storage contains only token counts and an update time. This state is deleted no later than 24 hours after its last use and is not sent to OpenAI.

Purpose of sending:

Generating the AI insight: To produce insight text about the glaze’s character based on the submitted content and return it to your device.
Subscription verification and monthly usage limits: To provide the feature only to an active Pro subscription and count monthly use with a one-way HMAC key derived inside the Worker from the originalTransactionId. Raw JWS and transaction IDs are not retained in logs or quota storage.

Information beyond the above (such as your full recipe database or complete firing-log history) is not included in what the AI Insight feature sends.

3. No Third-Party Analytics or Tracking

The App does not include any third-party analytics SDK or tracking SDK. It does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not perform App Tracking Transparency–based tracking, and does not perform any cross-app tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

4. Disclosure to Subprocessors

When you run the AI Insight feature, the information described in Section 2 is processed by our Workers on Cloudflare. The recipe-derived text and optional photo are forwarded to the AI provider OpenAI. The StoreKit-signed transaction is checked with Apple for subscription verification and is not forwarded to OpenAI. Each subprocessor handles information in accordance with its terms and privacy policy. API keys we hold are managed only by the Workers and are never stored on your device.

5. Purchases (StoreKit / Apple)

Purchasing, restoring, and renewing the Pro subscription are processed through Apple’s StoreKit. Payment and subscription management are handled by Apple, and we do not receive payment details such as credit card numbers. Only when AI Insight is run, our Worker validates the signed transaction and asks Apple’s App Store Server API for the current subscription status. Please also review Apple’s privacy policy for its handling of purchase information.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

On-device data is removed from the device when you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. Records deleted in the App while iCloud Sync is active are deleted through sync, but simply turning sync off or uninstalling may not immediately remove data stored in iCloud. Our Workers do not retain raw JWS, transaction IDs, or raw connection IP addresses in logs or quota storage. Short-lived rate-limit state keyed by an HMAC of the connection IP is deleted no later than 24 hours after its last use. The monthly counter keyed by an HMAC derived from the originalTransactionId is deleted from storage no later than 24 hours after the end of its quota month. Retention of recipe-derived text and photos sent for AI Insight is subject to the subprocessors’ practices described above.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised as needed. If there are material changes, we will provide notice, for example by updating this page. The revision date is shown at the top of this page.
