本ポリシーは、iOS アプリ「釉式（Yushiki）」（以下「本アプリ」）における個人データおよびその他の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 基本方針: 端末内保存が原則

本アプリで作成・記録するデータ（釉薬レシピ、原料情報、焼成ログ、写真、計算結果など）は、原則としてお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。本アプリはアカウント登録やログインを必要とせず、当社はお客様の個人アカウントを作成・管理しません。これらのデータは、後述する「AI見立て（Pro）」機能を実行した場合を除き、外部に送信されません。

2. AI見立て（Pro）機能で送信される情報

Pro購読者が任意で「AI見立て」機能を実行したときに限り、その1回の実行につき、以下の情報が当社の自前 Cloudflare Worker（中継サーバー）を経由して OpenAI に送信されます。

送信される内容:

レシピ由来のテキスト: 対象の釉薬について構造化されたテキスト（釉式／セーゲル式、酸化物の各値、SiO₂/Al₂O₃比、Stull領域、着色剤の情報、焼成ノートなど）。会話文そのものではなく、計算・記録された数値と項目を構造化したものです。
写真（最大1枚）: 焼成結果の写真を添付して実行した場合に限り、直近の写真1枚（JPEG形式）が送信されます。写真を添付しない場合、写真は送信されません。
ランダムなインストールID: アプリのインストールごとに生成されるランダムな識別子（UUID。端末内に保存）。これは氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・広告識別子（IDFA）等とは無関係で、お客様個人を直接特定するものではありません。

送信の目的:

AI見立ての生成: 送信内容に基づき、釉薬の性状に関する見立てテキストを生成して端末に返すため。
月間利用上限の管理: インストールID単位で当月の利用回数を数え、公平利用のための月間上限を適用するため。

上記以外の情報（レシピ全体のデータベース、焼成ログの全履歴など）は、AI見立ての送信対象には含まれません。

3. 第三者による解析・トラッキングを行いません

本アプリは、第三者の解析（アナリティクス）SDK やトラッキング用 SDK を一切組み込んでいません。広告識別子（IDFA）の取得や App Tracking Transparency に基づくトラッキングは行わず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだクロスアプリのトラッキングも一切行いません。

4. 委託先（下請け処理者）へのデータの提供

AI見立て機能を実行した場合、上記「2.」の送信内容は、機能提供のための委託先（下請け処理者）に渡ります。具体的には、当社が運用する Cloudflare 上の中継サーバーを経由して、AI事業者である OpenAI に送信されます。これらの委託先は、それぞれの規約・プライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。当社が保有する API キーは中継サーバー側でのみ管理し、お客様の端末には保存されません。

5. 購入処理（StoreKit / Apple）

Pro購読の購入・復元・更新は、Apple の StoreKit を通じて処理されます。決済およびサブスクリプションの管理は Apple が行い、クレジットカード番号などの決済情報を当社が受け取ることはありません。購入に関する情報の取り扱いについては、Apple のプライバシーポリシーも併せてご確認ください。

6. データの保存期間と削除

端末内のデータは、お客様が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。AI見立て機能で送信された情報の保持については、上記委託先の取り扱いに従います。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特に子どもを対象としたものではなく、当社が意図して子どもの個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新等により周知します。改定日は本ページ冒頭に記載します。

This policy explains how personal data and other information are handled in the iOS app “Yushiki” (the “App”).

1. Core Principle: On-Device Storage by Default

The data you create and record in the App (glaze recipes, material information, firing logs, photos, calculation results, and so on) is, by default, stored only on your device. The App does not require account registration or login, and we do not create or manage any personal account for you. This data is not transmitted externally, except when you use the “AI Insight (Pro)” feature described below.

2. Information Sent by the AI Insight (Pro) Feature

Only when a Pro subscriber voluntarily runs the “AI Insight” feature, the following information is sent — for that single run — to OpenAI by way of our own self-hosted Cloudflare Worker (a relay server):

What is sent:

Recipe-derived text: Structured text about the target glaze (the Seger formula, individual oxide values, the SiO₂/Al₂O₃ ratio, the Stull zone, colorant information, firing notes, and similar). This is a structured representation of computed and recorded values and fields, not free-form conversation.
A photo (at most one): Only if you attach a firing-result photo when running the feature, a single most recent photo (in JPEG format) is sent. If you do not attach a photo, no photo is sent.
A random install ID: A random identifier (a UUID) generated per app installation and stored on your device. It is unrelated to your name, email address, phone number, advertising identifier (IDFA), or the like, and does not directly identify you.

Purpose of sending:

Generating the AI insight: To produce insight text about the glaze’s character based on the submitted content and return it to your device.
Managing the monthly usage limit: To count usage for the current month on a per-install-ID basis and apply a monthly cap for fair use.

Information beyond the above (such as your full recipe database or complete firing-log history) is not included in what the AI Insight feature sends.

3. No Third-Party Analytics or Tracking

The App does not include any third-party analytics SDK or tracking SDK. It does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not perform App Tracking Transparency–based tracking, and does not perform any cross-app tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

4. Disclosure to Subprocessors

When you run the AI Insight feature, the content described in Section 2 is passed to a subprocessor engaged to provide the feature. Specifically, it is sent through our self-operated relay server on Cloudflare to the AI provider OpenAI. These subprocessors handle the information in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies. The API keys we hold are managed only on the relay server and are never stored on your device.

5. Purchases (StoreKit / Apple)

Purchasing, restoring, and renewing the Pro subscription are processed through Apple’s StoreKit. Payment and subscription management are handled by Apple, and we do not receive your payment details such as credit card numbers. 6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data on your device is deleted when you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Retention of information sent by the AI Insight feature is subject to the handling practices of the subprocessors noted above.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised as needed. If there are material changes, we will provide notice, for example by updating this page. The revision date is shown at the top of this page.
